LOCAL DISTRICT COURT ONLINE COURT RECORDS

In recent years, there has been a growing trend among courts across the United States to make their records available online for easier access by the public. Michigan is no exception, with many district courts in the state now offering online access to their records. For those who regularly practice law in Michigan, having access to court records online can be an invaluable tool. While not all district courts in Michigan have yet made their records available online, many have taken steps to do so in recent years. Some of the district courts where online access is now available include:

2. 41-B District Court: This court serves the cities of Clinton Township, Harrison Township, and Mount Clemens. Its online system allows users to search for case information by name, case number, or ticket number.

3. 48th District Court: Located in Bloomfield Hills, this court handles cases for the cities of Bloomfield Hills and Birmingham. Its online system, called “eAccess,” allows users to search for case information by name, case number, or hearing date.

4. 67th District Court: This court serves the city of Flint and surrounding areas. Its online system, called “MiCOURT Case Search,” allows users to search for case information by name, case number, or hearing date.

5. 52-1 District Court: This court serves the cities of Novi, South Lyon, Walled Lake, and Wixom. Its online system, called “Case Information Online,” allows users to search for case information by name, case number, or hearing date.

6. 35th District Court: Located in Plymouth, this court serves the cities of Plymouth and Northville. Its online system allows users to search for case information by name, case number, or hearing date.

While the availability and functionality of online court records systems may vary among different courts, the trend towards making court records more accessible online is undoubtedly a positive development for those who practice law in Michigan.
